Misto Art Competition – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Misto Art Competition, whether by submitting artwork or voting—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. This competition is organized by HaaBtek Labs Private Limited, the parent company of Misto.

For Artists Submitting Artwork

By submitting your entry, you confirm that:

• You are the original creator and rightful owner of the submitted artwork.
• You are at least 18 years old and eligible to participate.

As part of the entry, you will be asked to submit:

• A clear image of your original artwork
• The title and a short description of the artwork
• A personal photo
• A short bio or artist introduction
• Your contact details, including name, phone number, email, and residential address

By participating, you grant HaaBtek Labs Private Limited (Misto) a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish, display, and promote your submitted artwork and associated information (your name, image, bio, and description) on the Misto website, social media platforms, and other online and offline marketing channels related to the art competition and for any future use in reference to the Misto platform.

You retain ownership of your artwork. However, Misto will not be liable for any unauthorized use, copying, or misuse of your artwork or personal content by third parties. By submitting, you waive any right to claim compensation for such promotional use and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Misto and its affiliates from any legal claims or liabilities arising out of copyright infringement or content misuse.

For Voters Participating via Mobile

Voting is open to Indian residents with a valid Indian mobile number. Each person may vote once per artwork via OTP-based mobile verification. Only successfully verified votes will be counted.

By voting, you agree to:

• Provide your mobile number for OTP verification and competition analytics
• Receive promotional messages and updates about the Misto platform from HaaBtek Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Your contact details will be handled with care and will not be shared with third parties, unless legally required. Misto reserves the right to disqualify votes that are fraudulent, manipulated, or violate the integrity of the competition.

General Terms

HaaBtek Labs Private Limited reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any entry or vote found in violation of these terms
• Modify or discontinue the competition, rules, and timelines at any time without prior notice

Participation—whether as an artist or a voter—constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
