To set up your digital store on Misto Business, you'll need a few basic documents. These help us verify your business and ensure a secure experience for both you and your customers.
1. Aadhaar Card of the business owner
2. PAN Card Number of the business owner
3. GSTIN Certificate Number (if your business is GST registered), or an Enrollment Number*.
4. FSSAI License Number (only if you're selling food products)

You can choose to opt into the program and decide how many points customers earn per ₹100 spent. Redemption rules and point validity (1 year) are managed by the Misto Platform and cannot be customized. Once enabled, the loyalty program appears on your Store Page with a visible Loyalty icon, making it easy for customers to identify and engage with.
